Ateeb is an experienced business law practitioner with over six years of demonstrated history of working in diverse, commercial, corporate, and transactional experience. Acted as commercial legal advisor for tech startups, international financial lenders, and cross-jurisdictional corporations. Advised a variety of local, multinational corporations and organizations range of corporate & finance matters, including but not limited to, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Joint Ventures, Asset Sale and Acquisition, Private equity, Share Purchase and Asset Purchase matters.
Muhammad Areeb Khan | Partner
Areeb leads our litigation team, and specialize in civil, banking, and tax litigation with over five years of experience. He has worked with top-tier litigation firms in Pakistan and advised the National Command Authority on public sector restructuring, contributed to drafting the Uzbekistan-Pakistan Trade Transit Treaty, and guided TCS Private Limited on operations under the TIR Convention. Areeb has also advised Future Development Holdings Ltd., Habib Rafique Limited, and Lahore Future City on various infrastructure projects. Additionally, he serves as adjunct faculty for the University of London LL.B program at Blackstone School of Law & Business, is a columnist for Dawn News, and is actively involved in youth leadership and policy advocacy. He previously held the role of Deputy Secretary General for the Youth General Assembly (YGA) in Pakistan, an organization promoting youth representation across key sectors.
